"Where should I begin. What started as a good experience, quickly became a terrible experience. Due to an error made on their part with my address, my rate increased. Then a month later it increased again. So I switched my insurance (not a big deal right, people do it all the time 🤷🏾‍♀️). Now they are giving me the run around concerning my refund. This has been an ongoing issue since last month. If my policy was paid, then what is the problem with my refund. If you are mad because I cancelled my policy, then say that. I will be filing a complaint. Also please do better when it comes to customer service. What's with the attitudes."
